So who's to blame for these animals lashing out?

In my most honest opinion I believe the ones to blame for these animals actions is SeaWorld. SeaWorld should take full responsibility for any types of injuries or deaths these animals cause to anyone. They are the reasons why these animals are seen as danger and have a bad name. Nothing beneficial comes out for being in captivity at SeaWorld. Orcas are living shorter lives and taken away from the wild to live the rest of their life in a pool. The reality is that is if there wasn't any shamu shows or orcas in captivity, will these people who died still be alive? Would this problem even exist?
