These animals are kept in tanks that to them are like the size of a swimming pool or even smaller, compared to in the wild. This denies them from living a normal life. They start becoming bored and which causes them to become frustrated. They start having all these different types of emotions that they can't express and what they start doing is act up. The orcas start butting around the iron bars and concrete of the tanks which becomes damaging to their teeth. This damage requires dental work, when undergoing the dental work it's been said they don't have any type of medication to numb the pain nor the things being done to them. The feel everything! Not only are they stuck a tank but also have to share with other orcas who are their size. These animals are a need of their own space. They're not known to be aggressive with each other but in captivity it's a different since they are so crowded they start fighting with one another which cause damages being done to their bodies.
